Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book directly with us. We are a registered travel clinic and Yellow Fever vaccination centre.
How long does an appointment take?
Usually 20 to 30 minutes, including the consultation and any vaccinations given on the day.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally six to eight weeks before you travel, as some vaccines need time to work and others require more than one dose. That said, we can often help with last-minute trips too, so it is always worth getting in touch.
How do I know which vaccinations I need?
It depends on where you are going and what you are doing. We will assess your specific trip and only recommend what is necessary. Some vaccinations are available free on the NHS. Others are private. We will always tell you the cost upfront.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Your passport, travel dates, and destinations. If you have any previous vaccination records, bring those too. Let us know about any regular medication or health conditions when you book.
Is it confidential?
Yes, completely. Everything discussed during your appointment stays private.
Do you provide Yellow Fever certificates?
Yes. As a registered Yellow Fever vaccination centre, we issue your International Certificate of Vaccination on the day.
